The design of a private hospital, (Medicine Surgery Obstetric) in Tripoli in Lebanon by my parents, Marie France Sabé and Dr. Gabriel Sabé, motivated me to make my career in health management and organization. I’ve complete, in France, my professional experience as a strategy consultant in Paris travelling in France and overseas french territories. I’m currently an assistant director of Strategy and Generals Affairs of a group of public hospitals in North of France.
These two experiments, French and Lebanese, allowed me to consolidate my skills and my knowledge on strategic tasks, manage certifications internationally, drive change in a structure or stimulate innovation within a team.
My career plan is the creation or the strengthening of a strategic consulting and management network on Middle East region, based on my interest for health management, strategy and management as well as my desire to direct my career management functions to strategic health in an international context.
The academic year 2011/2012 is the right time for me to do my Executive Health MBA of EHESP.
Also, personally, I travel frequently (3 to 4 times a year) in Lebanon to the Salam Hospital, family business, to work on the following themes: strategy hospital, quality management, accreditation Ministry of Health in Lebanon (in partnership with the HAS),the ISO 9001 certification.
